Vegan Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients for First marination:
Mock chicken
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Salt – according to taste
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Ingredients for Second marination:
Gram Flour – 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Mustard oil – 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy:
Butter – 1 tbsp
Large onion – 2
Tomatoes – 2
Garlic cloves – 7-8
Ginger – 1 inch
Green chilli – 2
Mock chicken gravy masala
For Garnish
Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tbsp

Procedure:
Take vegan mock chicken in a bowl.
Add salt, red chilli powder, and lemon juice.
This is the first marination and leave it for 20 minutes.
Add gram flour, curd, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, turmeric powder, musk methi, and keep it for 3-4 hours for 2nd marination.
After 3-4 hours shallow fry the marinated mock chicken.
Take a cooking pot and pour spoon full of cooking oil.
Add diced onion, diced tomatoes, green chilies, garlic cloves and ginger.
Cook until tomatoes become little mushy.
Add chicken masala and cook for 2 minutes.
Cook it and make puree in a mixer.
Take a pan and add butter.
Add puree and add shallow fried mock chicken.
Add Kasuri methi and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add cream.
Cook for 30 seconds.
