Pressure cook 1 cup dal ( moong, masoor, arhar etc.) with salt. In a pan, take 2 tsp oil, add ½ tsp jeera, 1 chopped onion. Saute till light brown. Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 chopped tomatoes. Cook till soft. Add 1.5 TSP of Rooted Peepul smoked Tandoori Dal Masala. Cook for 2 min. Add the cooked dal. Add salt to taste. Simmer for 15 min. Add an extra tadka as per your preference or Garnish with coriander and ghee.
